Key Responsibilities

•Manage TTLS agencies partnerships daily, including onboarding qualification/assessment and agency exit and risk control.
•Evaluate agency performance to assess incentive policy effectiveness and iterate policies to optimize core indicators and goal achievement.
•Align with business objectives by analyzing agency operations, identifying key issues and improvement areas, and ensuring quality execution.
•Provide daily operational support to enable and enhance agency capabilities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above with more than 3 years of work experience.

•Strong project operations and communication skills, with team spirit and integrity (can accept business trips).
