Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Submit program access requests, prepare for government inspections, conduct and report self-inspections, and process visit requests and certifications.
  • •Manage personnel security records for SAP and/or SCI programs using SIMS, DISS, JADE, and applicable systems.
  • •Maintain classified material accountability records, including inventory lists, receipt/transmittal records, and final disposition documentation.
  • •Ensure classified material marking and control per contractual requirements; interpret and implement security classification guidance.
  • •Develop and maintain Program Protection Plans (PPPs) and the program SOP, and investigate/document security incidents with corrective action recommendations.

Salary: USD 111,000 - 147,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent education and work experience.
  • •At least five years' experience working with special programs in an ACSSO/CSSO role (or equivalent).
  • •Detailed working knowledge and practical application of DoD Manual 5205.07, Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manual.
  • •Detailed knowledge of applicable Department of Defense policies, instructions, and manuals for special access program security (including NISPOM/32 CFR Part 117).
  • •DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility with current investigation and ability to maintain required Special Program accesses.
