Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Data Center Construction (Anticipated Opening)

Serve as a key client-facing cost management lead for a major data center development in Columbia County, Pennsylvania. Own estimating and cost planning through design milestones and construction, including change order estimation and negotiation, cost checks and valuations, and monthly reporting. Coordinate cost data across suppliers, subcontractors, and design teams, support value engineering sessions, and perform variance analysis and change control, while mentoring team members and maintaining SOX-adherent controls where applicable.
