Project Engineer, Mechanical

Lead mechanical engineering new product development for DEWALT cordless power tools, managing projects to hit quality, performance, schedule, and cost targets. Plan and track engineering objectives, translate customer requirements into product specifications, and mentor a core team of 2–3 engineers/designers. Supervise prototype builds and initial production lots, applying root-cause analysis, design/process controls, and Lean Six-Sigma/statistical methods to improve product quality.
