Auto Body Supervisor

Supervise daily operations at an inspection/reconditioning center by managing the movement of vehicles for repairs while meeting production and quality goals. Lead and develop hourly production associates, provide coaching and performance management, and ensure adherence to policies and Quality Control standards. Review incoming vehicles for mechanical and physical defects, approve repair vs. reject decisions with the General Manager, and help minimize rework through effective training and first-time-fix execution.
