Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage safely moving cars into and out of the Inspection Center for repairs while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day team activities; assess strengths/weaknesses and identify improvement opportunities.
  • •Engage and coach the team, provide performance management, and communicate expectations, performance measures, and goals.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory; lead decisions to repair or reject inventory based on repair cost and overall quality.
  • •Train production associates using Quality Control standards to complete repairs effectively and efficiently the first time, minimizing re-checks and delays.
