Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead a high-velocity full-stack engineering team, including hiring, coaching, performance managing, and promoting senior ICs
  • •Drive alignment on the team’s architectural north star and ensure projects ladder up to it
  • •Partner with Product and Data Science to define the roadmap and make prioritization calls
  • •Review and contribute to technical planning and stay close to execution through launch
  • •Own operational excellence including reliability, on-call health, SLAs, and day-to-day shipment quality
