Key Responsibilities

  • •Support execution of regional campaigns and events by maintaining trackers, timelines, and status updates in Smartsheet.
  • •Assist Field Marketing Managers with logistics coordination for regional events, webinars, and partner programs, including vendor/venue tracking and follow-up tasks.
  • •Maintain and update pipeline and performance of programs to support AQL/TQL/SAO reporting for regional reviews.
  • •Build and format recurring reporting materials such as PowerPoint recap decks, Excel summaries, and executive update slides.
  • •Own data hygiene across campaign and account tracking tools and coordinate with Partner Marketing on co-marketing tracking, MDF/budget reconciliation support, and partner asset requests.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of experience in marketing operations, field marketing support, or a related B2B marketing role.
  • •Working knowledge of B2B marketing fundamentals including demand generation, events, and digital campaigns.
  • •Strong organizational skills managing multiple trackers, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • •Developing understanding of pipeline metrics and funnel stages (AQL, SAO, or equivalent).
  • •Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides for reporting and recap materials.
