Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve in a Program Manager role overseeing delivery of highway/highway bridge improvement projects delivered via CMGC or alternate delivery methods.
  • •Oversee a program of multiple connected projects through planning, design, construction, and closeout phases.
  • •Develop project management plans covering program controls, document control, design management, risk management, safety management, quality control, and environmental compliance.
  • •Perform independent review of program progress, including schedule review and analysis, and provide solutions to project issues.
  • •Support staff development and lead overall program delivery performance, client relationships, and program management discipline expertise.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • •PE License.
  • •15+ years of relevant experience overseeing Program Manager roles for CMGC and/or alternate delivery of highway/highway bridge improvement programs with construction costs exceeding $1 billion.
  • •Proven track record of client satisfaction providing program management oversight for toll road roadway improvement and renewal/replacement programs.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills to manage conflicts and deliver hard news to stakeholders.
