Key Responsibilities

•Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
•Evaluate customer homes and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
•Train homeowners on how to use their new systems to protect their families.
•Perform a safety analysis of each home to ensure a safe workplace for technicians and customers.
•Use consistent coaching and leadership training to grow within the national organization.

Key Requirements

•A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

•Experience with consultative, on-site customer recommendations (sales mindset preferred).
•Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs and work in attics/confined spaces (including climbing ladders up to 14 feet).
