Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead assigned reconciliations, journal entries, close tasks, and reporting deliverables end-to-end with strong control adherence.
  • •Review complex account reconciliations, investigate high-risk open items, and drive sustainable resolution of reconciling differences.
  • •Prepare, review, and approve journal entries with supporting documentation and adherence to policies.
  • •Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities for assigned R2R, P2P, and AR processes; track risks and dependencies to closure.
  • •Provide audit support by managing internal and external audit queries with complete documentation and timely closure of requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional qualification preferred: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA India), Certified Public Accountant.
  • •4+ years of experience (post qualification) in general ledger accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, financial analysis, or related finance operations.
  • •Experience with SAP/S4HANA and Cadency in SOX-controlled environments is preferred.
  • •Knowledge of GAAP/accounting standards, journal entry documentation, and control adherence.
  • •Ability to support audit queries and drive sustainable resolution through root-cause analysis and process improvement.
