Deliver an exceptional Sephora customer experience by offering personalised beauty advice across makeup, skincare, and fragrance. Stay current with trends and new launches, provide accurate product guidance, and drive sales through proactive customer engagement, upselling, and promotion of Sephora services and the loyalty programme. Own day-to-day store operations including cash handling, processing transactions, managing deliveries, supporting stock counts, replenishing stock, maintaining visual merchandising, and collaborating with the team.

•Educate customers on application techniques, routines, and product benefits to build confidence and enhance their experience.
•Provide expert product guidance across makeup, skincare, and fragrance, staying up to date with beauty trends and new launches.
•Drive sales through proactive customer connections, upselling, and promoting Sephora services and the loyalty programme.
•Process transactions accurately and maintain a tidy, well-organised cash area.
•Support store operations including receiving and organising deliveries, replenishing stock, removing expired/damaged items, and updating promotional displays.
