Key Responsibilities

•Provide a strong client experience by engaging clients in person and over the phone to identify financial wellness opportunities and recommend customized solutions.
•Achieve individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while driving sales and referrals through preset appointments, system-generated lead lists, walk-ins, and contacts.
•Open and manage personal and business accounts and lending products (including consumer checking, small business accounts, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit).
•Develop partnerships with branch and line-of-business teammates, managing internal and external centers of influence for client acquisition and relationship deepening.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, document client interactions, and support branch operations including assisting with teller transactions and weekend work as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED (required), or equivalent business experience.
•Minimum 1 year of experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales experience prioritized).
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile/apps/web) to educate clients.
