Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and budgeting from initiation through handover, including progress reporting.
  • •Monitor baseline schedules and promptly address issues or delays to maintain project timelines.
  • •Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to align execution with objectives and specifications.
  • •Conduct regular site inspections, review/approve construction documentation and submittals, and resolve technical issues.
  • •Support contract/tender inputs, monitor expenditures and budgets, implement quality assurance, manage stakeholder updates, and facilitate handover/training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (or equivalent).
  • •Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience.
  • •Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, Power BI, and MS Office.
  • •Knowledge of authority regulations and building codes/safety requirements.
  • •Project Management certification preferred; LEED or other sustainability certifications advantageous.
