Mechanical Principal Engineer-Data Center IT Rack Solutions

Own complex mechanical designs for high-density data center IT rack solutions, performing detailed analyses and developing test plans to validate function, reliability, and compliance. Coordinate with manufacturing to resolve build issues, and partner cross-functionally to design mechanical and thermal components for air- and liquid-cooled systems. Use 3D CAD tools and engineering analysis (including FEA where appropriate) to prototype, evaluate feasibility, and support production through supplier and tooling collaboration.
