Trial Attorney (Boston, MA, US)

Represent Zurich’s commercial insureds in moderate to high-complexity General Liability and Commercial Auto personal injury matters. Manage insurance defense from initial investigation and legal analysis through discovery, aggressive motion practice, hearings, and trials, and handle appropriate post-trial activities. You’ll work in a hybrid model (one day/week in office) with strong focus on case analysis, proven trial and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently using video conferencing and other remote collaboration tools.
