Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent commercial insureds in General Liability and Commercial Auto personal injury cases of moderate to high complexity.
  • •Perform insurance defense duties including initial investigation, legal analysis and advice.
  • •Prepare and file legal pleadings and documents, and conduct legal research.
  • •Prepare for and conduct pre-trial discovery, including hearings and trial preparation.
  • •Aggressively handle hearings and trials and perform post-trial activities where appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •Juris Doctor and 5+ years of experience in Insurance Litigation.
  • •Active member in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar Associations.
