Job Summary

Lead the development and implementation of research and customer insights strategies that turn market and customer understanding into actionable recommendations. Set an insights agenda with business executives, design and analyze research studies, and partner with product, marketing, and sales to shape insights-driven strategies. Present findings to senior leadership and guide change management based on insights, while managing external research vendors and the insights budget.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in market research, statistics, psychology, sociology, or a related field.
•10+ years of experience in market research, insights, or data analytics.
•Strong analytical and story-telling skills.
•Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data and insights to non-technical audiences.
•Ability to engage senior executives in change management and drive change using research findings and insights.
