Job Summary

Oversee and administer ITIL-based service support and technical account management for client engagements on a 24x7 basis. Drive incident, problem, request, change, service level, and configuration management, coordinating resources and leading tactical-to-strategic communications. Manage critical service delivery processes and projects, support continuous improvement, analyze service-level compliance and operational effectiveness, and contribute to program/process development while ensuring effective client resolution and delivery.

•Manage critical projects with general direction and allocate some work to others as needed.
