Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and grow the team by hiring, managing, mentoring, and developing engineers and lab operations staff.
  • •Own validation strategy and release quality by defining systems, processes, release criteria, metrics, and escalation mechanisms across software, firmware, and hardware.
  • •Build scalable test infrastructure, including a stable all-purpose testing platform, automated test frameworks, device orchestration, diagnostics, and developer tooling.
  • •Scale lab and fleet operations to keep device fleets, test rigs, provisioning, maintenance, and capacity reliable and ready for engineering use.
  • •Set priorities and roadmap while partnering across hardware, embedded systems, QA, reliability, and release teams to resolve cross-functional quality issues.
