Key Responsibilities

  • •Transport units to the test field and prepare them by connecting/adapting to the test setup and E-motor.
  • •Run tests from the control desk using test software.
  • •Verify wiring according to circuit diagrams and read out test requirements.
  • •Conduct leak tests (water/air), perform functional checks including parametrization of magnet and control valves, and configure the inverter via test program.
  • •Set and verify limit switches and measuring instruments, perform vibration/noise measurements, document results and error causes, execute final inspection with conservation, and maintain activity logs.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, industrial/equipment electronics technician, or an equivalent qualification.
  • •Good German skills in speaking and writing; English skills are desirable.
  • •Good MS Office skills are advantageous.
  • •Several years of experience in special machine construction / one-off production is desired.
  • •Experience handling overhead/turret lever cranes in halls and/or a valid forklift license (Staplerschein) is required.
