•Oversee projects of varying scale and value, with advisory work where relevant and potentially larger overall project sizes.
•Advise at the strategic level at project conception, including approaches to achieve client objectives.
•Establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.

•Degree qualified in relevant discipline (desirable)
•Proven experience managing construction/refurbishment projects, ideally in a consultancy environment (essential)
