Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a world-class customer experience to internal and external Lucid clients.
  • •Transport vehicles for customer drop-offs/pick-ups and loaners, including runs to the Bodyshop and test charging at Electrify America charge stations.
  • •Arrange Lyft rides for internal vehicle moves per request.
  • •Assist with Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) carrier preparation and vehicle hand-over; help with check-in when needed.
  • •Assist technicians with basic repairs and support other service department needs such as moving and staging vehicles, delivering parts, and washing vehicles.

Key Requirements

  • •Be 18 years of age or older.
  • •Have basic automotive knowledge.
  • •Be willing to obtain forklift certification after hire and complete Lucid-provided CPR training after hire.
  • •Have strong organizational skills with attention to detail and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Have a valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year (and follow additional driver requirements for those under 21).
