Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer contracts in accordance with project objectives and policies, ensuring governance and best practice.
  • •Provide accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion in line with budget.
  • •Proactively monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely and correct applications.
  • •Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage deliverables, KPIs, programme performance, cost control and value engineering.
  • •Drive improvements in forecast accuracy and budgets, supporting successful project delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Ideally degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
  • •Ideally hold or be working towards an appropriate professional body membership or equivalent
  • •Contract Management (NEC3, Option C or NEC 4 preferred)
  • •Experience operating at Cost Management level
  • •Ability to administer a variety of contracts in accordance with project objectives and policies
