Drive value engineering priorities by leading strategic, cross-functional initiatives that improve pre-sales and value realization outcomes for Celonis’ Value Engineering (VE) team. Establish repeatable ROI, stickiness, and adoption blueprints, close the product-to-field feedback loop, and architect next-generation AI Agents and LLM-driven assets. Partner with Product, Engineering, Industry, and Business Apps to advance GTM motions (land, expand, renew) and scale best practices globally.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead high-impact projects to architect next-generation AI Agents, autonomous frameworks, and LLM-driven assets that revolutionize VE pre-sales and value realization.
•Co-create new product functionality using a value-driven mindset.
•Improve the end-to-end value journey and VE metrics by partnering with Product & Engineering, Industry, and Business Apps.
•Contribute to GTM strategy and motions (land, expand, renew) by continuously refining ROI, stickiness, and adoption approaches.
•Act as a value advisor and sparring partner, using networks across Celonis and its ecosystem to drive VE objectives and targeted advisory for strategic deals.
