Job Summary

Oversee timely and accurate payroll processing and related queries for a regional scope, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal control standards. Lead teams delivering day-to-day payroll operations, manage escalations and SLA-driven issue resolution, and support accurate payroll payments and regulatory task submissions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance efficiency, and model the RT3C values to foster a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee teams responsible for on-time delivery and accuracy of day-to-day payroll operations while meeting local regulatory requirements.
•Ensure timely distribution of payroll files, accurate payroll payments, timely submission of regulatory tasks, and resolution of escalated queries within agreed SLAs.
•Handle escalations and resolve complex payroll-process issues, providing guidance and support to team members.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive process improvements and enhance payroll operations efficiency.
•Maintain effective controls and ensure compliance with internal control standards, while modeling RT3C values to foster a positive team culture.

Key Requirements

•Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
•10–15 years of experience in payroll processing or related roles, preferably with team oversight.
•In-depth understanding of end-to-end payroll processes, regulations, and payroll policies.
•Thorough knowledge of compliance requirements and control frameworks for payroll processing.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
