Job Summary

Own and scale a partner-focused supply tech ecosystem by ensuring partner integrations operate reliably across Agoda’s supply capabilities (including ARI and content). Use Python and SQL to monitor integration quality, diagnose issues, and quantify business impact. Build automation and lightweight proof-of-concept tools to validate ideas, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and support supply and commercial use cases enabled through partners.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Own the technical and operational health of assigned partner integrations by understanding their systems, capabilities, limitations, and data models.
•Use Python, SQL, and data analysis to monitor integration quality, identify recurring issues, and drive data-driven improvements.
•Design and implement automation, internal tooling, and lightweight proof-of-concept apps to reduce manual work and validate ideas before scaling.
•Collaborate with Product and Engineering by providing clear problem definitions, technical context, and validated assumptions for partner initiatives.
•Support supply and commercial use cases enabled through partners, including B2B rates and distribution-specific configurations.

Key Requirements

•Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data analysis.
•Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
•Solid understanding of APIs, authentication methods, and system-to-system integrations.
•Experience working with platform partners, integrations, or Channel Manager–like ecosystems.
•Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and make informed trade-offs.
