Customer Experience Representative, Active Trader

Join Robinhood’s Customer Experience team as an Advanced Services Representative focused on options and margin issues for active traders. You’ll resolve complex inquiries, build subject matter expertise, collaborate with Product/Compliance/Engineering, contribute to knowledge bases, and help improve customer experience metrics while balancing regulatory requirements.
