Key Responsibilities

  • •Orchestrate program/project deployment planning to deliver cohesive enablement execution.
  • •Lead operational requirements for live and virtual event planning and manage rosters and distribution lists for sales audiences.
  • •Collaborate with program owners to define success metrics and provide regular metric updates on calls and quarterly reviews.
  • •Track, monitor, and manage attendee assignment, participation, and completion, including support for reporting activities.
  • •Maintain communications to the field, create and analyze surveys, and monitor support channels for global programs; act as backup for LMS and Sales Resource Center administration.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of sales enablement or related experience in a software (or similar) organization.
  • •Highly proficient in reporting tools such as Excel.
  • •Proficient in Webex or similar web conferencing software.
  • •Experience with Mindtickle or similar LMS platforms.
  • •Project management skills and strong organization to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
