Key Responsibilities

  • •Owns the business outcomes for the team in partnership with Product and Design team members, guiding execution to achieve strategic goals.
  • •Owns and evolves the technical architecture for BEx and Merch Plays to improve availability, scalability, and data accuracy.
  • •Drives tech decision-making that supports multi-year growth of Merch Tech platforms, including planning phased infrastructure investments.
  • •Ensures high-quality releases through code reviews, technical oversight, and engineering standards.
  • •Mentors engineers, develops technical leadership, and fosters a culture of curiosity, accountability, and high ownership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 45,000 - 60,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6-8+ years of software engineering experience, with deep expertise in data platform engineering, backend systems, and front-end application development.
  • •Proven ability to design rapid experiments AND/OR scaling up successful experiments and evolve large-scale distributed platforms.
  • •Experience as part of a small team, preferably in Indian startups.
  • •Experience in B2B and e-commerce would be preferred.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in ambiguity with rapid iteration cycles.
