Sr. Project Engineer- Electrical Systems Reliability

Lead and manage reliability-focused work for battery, module, and charger development for power tools. Support new product development through failure analysis, warranty modeling, safety assurance, and compliance adherence. Serve as an electrical engineering design review resource, establish project documentation (test plans, status reports, FRACAS), and use reliability data to assess risk. Conduct safety reviews, coordinate approvals with compliance teams (KEMA, TUV, UL, CSA), and represent the voice of the customer through quality feedback and market complaint response.
