Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; a Master’s degree in Reliability, Systems Engineering, Quality, or EE is a plus.
  • •5+ years of technical experience in reliability/quality/testing within new product development for electrical systems.
  • •Experience with lithium battery, power and control electronics, brushed and brushless motors, and software QA assurance (preferred).
  • •Experience with reliability physics or physics of failure (plus).
  • •Strong leadership and management skills to guide and develop a small team focused on battery, module, and charger development.
