Job Summary

Lead and deliver Engineering Cloud Migration initiatives supporting the Engineering Cloud Migration ART. Serve as Scrum Master/Agile leader for multiple agile teams, driving continuous improvement, running program ceremonies, and ensuring delivery plans, acceptance criteria, and documentation are timely. Manage Jira/Jira Align/Confluence hygiene and provide ART sync and status reporting to leadership, communicating project challenges, progress, and health while partnering with key stakeholders to drive production cloud migration.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as Servant/Leader to multiple agile teams, coaching and mentoring team members as appropriate.
•Lead program ceremonies and organize scaled agile teams to ensure timely development, testing, and user acceptance activities.
•Drive continuous improvement across the ART and individually.
•Maintain Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence hygiene; provide ART sync and status/health reporting to ART leadership.
•Develop project/program plans and lead execution tracking, communication, and delivery on time and within budget.

Key Requirements

•SAFe Scrum Master certification with 4+ years of Scaled Agile experience in a financial services company.
•Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years of IT experience (or equivalent leadership program experience), or 8 years of IT experience in lieu of degree.
•Hands-on, self-motivated experience prioritizing multiple initiatives.
•Ability to understand and communicate technical engineering requirements and effectively manage resources, vendors, development, testing, and release efforts.
•Demonstrated QE and Engineering knowledge and experience.
