Job Summary

Lead business development for uncrewed ground vehicle (UGV) growth within the MFX team, identifying, shaping, and capturing revenue opportunities across the SOF enterprise. Own capture strategy, proposal efforts, and program-of-record execution by engaging stakeholders, aligning to investment strategies, securing funding, and developing win themes. Partner with product and engineering teams to translate client needs into early design-of-experiment and collaborative R&D that transitions toward major programs.

•Find, pursue, and close UGV-related business across DoW and partner/ally defense organizations by understanding customer base, roadmaps, and competitive landscape.
•Develop capture strategies and create cohesive business plans aligned to investment strategies to drive program of record execution.
•Drive product development and program transition by supporting early design of experiment, study, and collaborative R&D; translate client problem sets to engineering.
•Grow existing business by partnering with execution teams and product engineers to expand or sustain work with current clients.
•Communicate Anduril’s value to clients, partners, competitors, and the public, projecting the company’s ethos and competitive edges.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 191,000 - 253,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Prior experience with the SOF Community and its operational needs.
•Prior experience with robotic and autonomous systems.
•Prior experience working with technical partners and engineering teams.
•Ability to interface with U.S. Department of War and international customers.
•Ability to travel 25%–50% and must be authorized to work in the United States; eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
