Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in the SAP S/4HANA digital transformation for the Plan to Sustain workstream.
  • •Work with business stakeholders and functional areas to define process opportunities for Operations systems and streamline processes with best practices.
  • •Perform functional/technical problem-solving, ensure integrations with other solutions/applications, and provide seamless integration across enterprise applications.
  • •Document business requirements and translate them into specification documents; lead/participate in ERP projects and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • •Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities using standard application configurations and provide knowledge transfer post go-live.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (or related field) and 5+ years of IT experience with customer-facing work, requirement gathering, and designing functional/technical solutions.
  • •5+ years of SAP configuration experience in the SAP Production Planning (SAP PP) module; SAP S/4 experience is desired.
  • •Experience managing and delivering projects in dynamic organizations.
  • •Strong communication and analytical skills, including facilitation.
  • •Ability to provide support and lead/participate in ERP-related projects with cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
