Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy and maintain data center infrastructure, including racking, stacking, wiring, and installing servers, switches, routers, and storage hardware.
  • •Submit and manage RMA with equipment manufacturers, including shipping/receiving gear to and from remote locations and vendors.
  • •Submit and track remote work requests and manage server and component inventory/asset management.
  • •Diagnose, repair, and upgrade hardware and perform integrations, rebuilds, and other projects as needed.
  • •Debug network, hardware, and Linux OS issues, evaluate incidents using data, and update operational documentation and procedures.
