Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft policy documents, consolidate guidance, track update timelines, and submit completed drafts to the Governance Team Lead.
  • •Review significant activity notifications, remediate required actions with USINDOPACOM users, and report compliance.
  • •Perform Local Registration Authority (LRA) duties per DoD Registration Practice Statement and USINDOPACOM SOPs.
  • •Monitor and process Information Assurance requests in FootPrints, maintain service logs, and manage SIPR token services (create/revoke tokens, PIN resets, and token records).
  • •Support LRA and ISSM audit preparation, investigate information assurance events, and process related access/exception requests (e.g., port unlock, classified hard-drive destruction).

Key Requirements

  • •Active TS/SCI.
  • •Meet Intermediate proficiency level IAW DoDM 8140.03.
  • •At least 3 years’ experience managing, developing, or preparing RMF the A&A of systems within the DoD.
  • •Experience with automated C&A and A&A toolsets (e.g. eMASS).
  • •Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook), with customer service, time management, and technical writing skills.
