Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary operational partner to Portfolio Vice Presidents and school leaders across operations, compliance, enrollment, staffing, and performance.
  • •Lead operational initiatives and cross-functional projects supporting school growth, including new launches, expansions, and enrollment growth.
  • •Monitor and analyze operational, financial, enrollment, and compliance data to identify trends, assess risks, and develop solutions.
  • •Ensure compliance with federal, state, authorizer, and organizational requirements through policy implementation, operational reviews, risk mitigation, and audit readiness.
  • •Drive continuous improvement by resolving operational challenges and developing scalable procedures, tools, resources, and training.
