Job Summary

Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential customers while driving sales goals for Ready-Mix Concrete and Building Materials. Use market intelligence—forecasting demand, analyzing competitors, and understanding customer profiles—to shape short- and long-term sales strategies, identify and bid projects, and meet sales volume and profit margin targets. Partner across Safety, Quality Control, Production, Operations, and Customer Service to deliver strong customer service across the region.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies and action plans for key clients and prospects within assigned geography.
•Conduct analysis for demand forecasting, competitor capabilities, customer profiles, and next best alternatives.
•Identify, bid, and win appropriate projects in the assigned marketing area, including development of bid strategy.
•Meet sales volume and profit margin goals while managing relationships with key accounts throughout the region.
•Partner with Safety, Quality Control, Production, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure strong customer service and coordinate sales across overlapping territories.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (5 years).
•Proficient with Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
•Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules and operating/maintenance instructions.
•Ability to read and interpret civil design drawings and engineering production drawings (ideal).
•Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a professional, courteous attitude.
