Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day administration of enterprise security technology platforms, including access control, video management, badging, and related applications.
  • •Maintain and update security data for cardholders/identities, credentials, access rules, doors/areas/schedules, and permissions.
  • •Troubleshoot access control and identity issues, validate system data accuracy, and resolve video system operational problems.
  • •Support security technology projects including migrations, deployments, testing, commissioning, and post-implementation support.
  • •Coordinate with vendors, contractors, IT, Facilities, and site Security teams; document changes and support audit evidence and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • •3+ years of experience with Genetec solutions, including implementation and integration supporting deployment and continuous improvement.
  • •Working knowledge of access control concepts (cardholders, credentials, doors, areas, schedules, access rules, permissions).
  • •Proficiency with application development (Python, C#, PowerShell) and database administration (SQL Server, SSMS, MySQL).
  • •Experience troubleshooting technical issues and documenting findings, actions taken, and resolution details.
