Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders and track machine service intervals.
  • •Diagnose equipment issues quickly by pulling data from many makes/models and determine root cause and corrective action.
  • •Practice safe job practices when repairing equipment.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment, and/or oil-free air compressors.
  • •Maintain complete and timely electronic documentation of work performed; assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment/parts and help train lower-level technicians as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
  • •Experience with power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment, including inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
  • •Ability to calculate nominal/effective tonnage and/or kW requirements and read schematics.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle.
