Job Summary

Join the Programme Integration team within Programme Advisory to support major projects through the full consents lifecycle. You’ll work in integrated delivery teams, facilitate client workshops and presentations, manage client relationships, and identify business development opportunities. The role also includes contributing to bid proposals, leading internal programme integration methodologies and products, and mentoring or line managing junior staff when applicable.

Key Responsibilities

•Work as part of an integrated project team to deliver key client deliverables.
•Design and facilitate client workshops and presentations.
•Manage client relationships and identify business development opportunities.
•Lead or contribute to bid proposal preparation and manage key bids.
•Lead internal initiatives (e.g., programme integration products and methodologies) and mentor/managing team members, including line managing junior staff where applicable.

Key Requirements

•BSc/MSc in an appropriate degree.
•Excellent practical knowledge of the consents process lifecycle from pre to post consent.
•Technical understanding of consents strategy via different consenting routes (e.g., DCO, TWAO, Hybrid Bill) and of discharging primary and secondary consents and post-consent deliverables.
•Experience coordinating approvals and notifications across interested parties, including managing consent management plans/strategies.
•Experience in a consulting environment or familiarity with consulting skillsets, plus experience in programme and/or project management in complex environments with multiple workstreams.
