Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead data strategy and architecture engagements for enterprise clients, defining target-state platforms, modernization roadmaps, and migration strategies.
  • •Architect cloud-native data platforms and patterns, including lakehouse, warehouse modernization, data mesh/data products, real-time analytics, streaming/IoT, MDM, and semantic models.
  • •Design AI-ready data foundations for Generative AI and advanced analytics, including knowledge/metadata strategies, data products/semantic layers, and collaboration for RAG and enterprise search.
  • •Provide delivery leadership across complex client programs through architecture reviews, governance checkpoints, reusable assets/accelerators, and engineering oversight.
  • •Act as a trusted advisor to client and technology leaders, leading workshops, supporting proposal development/estimation, and supporting sales pursuits and technical responses.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or analytics platform delivery, including enterprise-scale Azure data platform design.
  • •Proven experience delivering large-scale cloud migration and modernization programs using modern data architecture principles and patterns.
  • •Strong experience with Microsoft data technologies including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Purview.
  • •Experience delivering governance and information management capabilities such as data governance, data quality, metadata management, data lineage, master data management, and security/privacy compliance.
  • •Leadership and consulting experience leading architecture workstreams and teams, with strong executive and stakeholder communication skills.
