Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the single-point-accountable (SPA) between P&G and the Contract Manufacturer for operational matters
  • •Own CM operational results and ensure delivery of P&G requirements for ESS and achievement of CBN goals
  • •Partner with Planning, Quality, Purchases, Finance, and other support functions to build site capability
  • •Drive continuous improvement at CM sites using scorecards, operating strategy, cost/loss analysis, and Kaizen
  • •Coordinate production plan communication and ensure accurate, timely FCR process responses

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 165,300 annually
