Job Summary

Drive process excellence across a manufacturing production environment by maintaining and improving existing processes, routers, and MES master data. Own quality and yield improvements through SPC and quality KPIs, configuration management deliverables, and root-cause analyses with corrective and preventive action plans. Manage laser systems and related tools, develop master engineering schedules, coordinate project timelines, and provide technical training and support to production teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain existing processes, procedures, routers, and MES master data to support production operations.
•Improve system/module quality, test yields, and process cycle times.
•Implement and maintain SPC and quality KPIs (Statistical Process Control).
•Execute configuration management deliverables for MFG engineering and manage master engineering schedules.
•Perform yield analysis and root cause analyses (DOA/DMR), including containment, corrective and preventive action plans; provide technical training and support to teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics, Electric engineering, Applied Physics, or a comparable field.
•6-12 years of industry experience, preferably in laser products or related domains.
•Experience with Psychics, Electrical, Mechanical, Optics, or related engineering fields.
•Preferred experience with laser and optic technology and key modules used in production systems.
•Ability to work in English (speaking and writing) and manage key stakeholders.
