Serve as an R&D technical resource for desserts-focused innovation at the Glenview R&D Center. Design and execute product testing, analyze results, and document conclusions to support product commercialization. Lead reformulation or new product commercialization, perform risk and feasibility assessments, create and edit formulas and processing specs, and run benchtop, pilot-plant, and plant trials including shelf-life evaluations. Collaborate cross-functionally for tastings and sensory evaluations while managing multiple projects and timelines.
