  • •Lead operational, compliance, and security audits to identify risk and drive corrective actions.
  • •Own end-to-end investigations, including case development, documentation, interviews, evidence management, and partnership with law enforcement when applicable.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team of Asset Protection Specialists, setting expectations and driving accountability for performance and audit execution.
  • •Drive shrink reduction via data analysis, root cause identification, and targeted action plans; monitor and report key asset protection metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •3–5+ years of Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Corporate Security experience (distribution, logistics, or manufacturing preferred).
  • •Proven experience conducting investigations, audits, and risk assessments.
  • •Experience with security systems including camera systems, access control, and intrusion detection.
  • •Strong incident management, case documentation, and ability to analyze data into actionable strategies.
