Key Responsibilities

  • •Own systemic and manual processes for NAM sales samples arriving and distributing through the Indy warehouse.
  • •Manage technical aspects of MARC and Sample System for receiving, generating, distributing, and updating across adidas channels and divisions.
  • •Monitor, track, and resolve inbound transportation of sample receipts with the Global Sample team and local shippers.
  • •Coordinate and execute the end-to-end Proto process across multiple departments, including embellishment request reviews and printing compliance.
  • •Maintain and update policies, procedures, and SOPs; prepare monthly reporting for audit compliance and best practices.
