  • •Lead deployment, configuration, integration, and extension of products and platforms within strategic customer environments to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

  • •Design and develop targeted extensions, connectors, workflows, prototypes, and reusable implementation components aligned to customer requirements and scalability.
  • •Develop and maintain production-quality software, including APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and AI-enabled solutions such as LLM workflows and model integrations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related fields.
  • •7–10+ years of experience in software engineering and customer-facing forward/solution/implementation engineering roles delivering enterprise software in complex customer environments.
  • •Strong programming experience with Python, Java, Go, C#, and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • •Proven experience building production-quality software, APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and distributed applications.
  • •Experience building AI-enabled solutions (including LLM workflows and model integrations) and applying secure software development practices.
