AIx Field Service Engineer

Serve as the main point of contact at customer sites for Applied Materials’ AIx digital tools, troubleshooting site issues and supporting complex problems using data and analytics. Drive continual improvement for digital tooling, configure dashboards and handle model propagation, and monitor short- and long-term trends. Explain complex issues to internal teams and customers, provide informal guidance to newer team members, and apply BKM modeling techniques and knowledge of fab/equipment operations.
