Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the main point of contact for customer site digital tool issues and coordinate with HQ.
  • •Identify opportunities for improvement to drive continual improvement of digital tools globally.
  • •Configure dashboards and handle model propagation; monitor signals for short- and long-term trends.
  • •Explain difficult or sensitive problems to build consensus with teams and customers.
  • •Provide informal guidance/mentoring on troubleshooting methodologies and help new team members learn tools and processes.

Salary: USD 78,500 - 108,000 annually
