Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute strategic vision for product line, including roadmap, channel and product line effectiveness, and cross-functional delivery.
  • •Own product line profitability: P&L analysis, inputs for cost analysis, manage product pricing and profit with Finance/Operations/Sourcing/Supply Chain/Sales, and monitor channel conflict.
  • •Drive product development and commercialization: manage new products and pricing, assortment recommendations, and collaborate with Sourcing & R&D to develop options for new and existing business.
  • •Lead cross-functional execution to manage outgoing business and SKUs, minimize exposure, and manage regulatory, compliance, and quality initiatives.
  • •Create product positioning and communication strategies with Marketing, managing positioning tools and launch materials across web, trade, ads, sell sheets, research, and presentations.
