•Manage simultaneous onboarding projects, balancing business results, customer satisfaction, and technical quality with cross-team collaboration to onboard customers smoothly.
•Proactively contact customers to manage a positive transition from sales by building strong relationships and understanding the why behind their requests.
•Develop and maintain positive relationships with the Sales organization to facilitate growth and timely starts for customers.
•Identify customer needs and opportunities for internal process improvements to enhance onboarding and engagement.
•Own project outcomes, set milestones, and adjust timelines as needed while coordinating tasks across team members.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 105,000 annually

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
•2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing success role
•Project management experience
