Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement AI-driven solutions to support regulatory initiatives in the cash and payments domain.
•Leverage GitHub Copilot and other enterprise AI capabilities to improve developer productivity, code quality, documentation, and software delivery.
•Build and integrate agentic AI solutions using LLMs to automate complex business and technology workflows.
•Collaborate with business, compliance, technology, and operations teams to identify and deliver AI-enabled use cases.
•Develop RAG solutions from regulatory documentation and internal knowledge repositories; integrate AI with enterprise applications, APIs, and development toolchains, ensuring security, governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

•7–12 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, intelligent automation, or engineering transformation in banking or financial services.
•Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted software development.
•Experience working with large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar enterprise models.
•Good understanding of agentic AI, AI orchestration, prompt engineering, and AI-enabled development workflows.
•Experience implementing RAG architectures and integrating enterprise knowledge sources; strong Python and REST API/cloud-native integration skills.
